File a domestic violence action against the boyfriend and remove him from your current residence. If you are not willing to do that, then file an action in court for custody, support and visitation rights and file an action for possession of the home and furnishings, then ask the court to give you an Order allowing you to leave the state. These forms are on line under Family Law in any court web site or you can pick them up at the court house and fill them out there and file them. He will have to be served unless he waives that right.
