Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

violation federal rules and modification of foreign decree

Have out of state decree for property and visitation settlement. In meantime, home state has violated 3 Federal Rules, including UCJAA. Decree was written 1998. Filed in Federal Court, dismissed, but want to refile in Federal Court or have Judge transfer to circuit court. My husband law student who had the federal Idea so that if Federal issues was heard, other issues about changing decree will automatically get heard according to 1990 law, even thogh they are family issues. Want someone other than him to handle case, on time frame - 20 day to refile.Have you heard of situation like this?

Gernerally family law matters are heard in state court, not Federal. We would have to review the matter and any documents you have to give an opinion.
