Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i have a visitaion agreement set by the court my ex hasnt shown up the last three weekends with my child this will be the 5th contempt of court i have filed against her in the last year. what will the judge do other than give me makeup time which is all that i have gotten so far and award me attorney fees for having to take her to court?

Try hiring an attorney to represent you. Its nice that you have been able to put her in contempt but have you filed the right documents. I think you have other options that could be used such as sanctioning her for not appearing with the child, removing the custody of the child to you as to the majority of time sharing. You need to apply for these as a solution or you will continue to get nothing but attorney fees if that is what you have been getting and makeup time. If you have an attorney why is he/she not filing the appropriate contempt/enforcement document against her.
