Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Visitaion issues

My ex-husband has custody of our 2 children ages 12 and 15. He will noy speak to me and I have to go through the children to find out if I am getting them on my visitations. He constantly tells them they can't come. We live about 6 hours apart. I make my schedule according to my visits and sometimes I don't find out if they are coming until the day before we are supposed to meet. What can I do legally to make him follow the divorce papers? Also, I live in Georgia, he lives in Florida.

Re: Visitaion issues

First, you should get a lawyer. Next, either file a supplemental petition for custody or file a motion for contempt or both.
