Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If i have a visitation agreement with my child's grandparents who have no legal rights in my state what will happen if i go against that order and do not allow my child to go to their home anymore i will be allowing my mother, my child's grandmother to see her, but not my stepfather, my child's grandfather. Do i have to immediately file a motion to modify or can i wait for them to take action against me and can i get in trouble?

If you have an agreement in place then you should file for a modification.
