Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

visitation

The court papers indicate that the mother must provide to the father in writing at least a thiry day notice as to the dates she wishes to exercise her summer visitation, and she provides a 21 day notice of dates, but no info on time ,or where she will pick the child (age 5) up (mother is out of state). She also has made no contact with child since April. What is the the legal postion for the father? The father won custody last Nov, and the mother did not exercise her Spring visitation, and with no contact, and a late notice, we extended our vacation which would run a few days into her requested time for summer visitation. We have done everything right in the eyes of the court so far, and want to know what legal right does he have regarding her late notice. Thank you for your time.

Re: visitation

Due to the untimely notice, you are not required to cut your vacation back. If this is not your only question/concern, please contact me to further discuss. You are also entitled to know all the specifics of when/how the children will be picked up and returned, where they will be going/staying, and a telephone number where they can be reached.
