Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have visitation through the courts for my daughter I work hard I'm a great dad no prior arrests ever. Last week my child's mother was arrested for DUI for drugs (pills) she said was prescribed it's her second arrest for them first time was before my daughter was born and it was with possession of meth what are my chances of getting temporary or full custody until she gets her life together?
