Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The right of visitation

Dear sir/ madam

i have lost the custody of my son to his father ( my ex-husband) in n.C. I did not have an attorney to reprsent me becuase i could not afford one. The court didn't mention my right of visitation. My ex has left to live in florida for the past 2 years and he is preventing me to see my son. Is it possible to file an emtion in florida court to recognise and force my right of visitation? What can i do, please help me.

Regards

Re: The right of visitation

you should be entitled to visitation. You should seek a court order.
