Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

visitation during divorce process

my soon to be ex husband is having a ongoing affair left our house and children to live with woman. He is demanding to see our 5yr over a weekend and bring her to the apt. with this person. I find this appalling not to add damaging to the child. Do I have any legal rights to fight this. We are not even divorced yet!
