Visitation
I have an ex-husband who wants to take me back to court over my unwillingness to meet him half way for visits. My main reasoning for not doing is 90% of the time he does not show up or even call to cancel for scheduled visits. Does he have a case?

He has a case, but it sounds like you have a better one if he frequently doesn't show up or call you. I guess his excuse will be that he doesn't show up because it's too far to drive, but what's his excuse for not calling?
