Visitation

My ex-wife has informed me that when my son reaches the age of 12, (at the end of this month), that it will be his decision wether or not he want's to visit me on weekends in spite of what is written in the court order. Is this true and if not, what can I do if she witholds vsitation from me?

No, this is not true. You can take her to court to enforce any provisions of the order.
