does a judge have the right to order me to hand over my child for visitation out of state florida with out non custodial providing her to and return flights what time she is coming home where she is staying or providing me with telephone number

The judge has the right to make whatever decisions he/she wants to regarding visitation. If you disagree, you can ask for a rehearing or if appropriate, you might be able to appeal a court decision if it is considered a final decision.

Great question.While a judge has great leeway, I would think this oversteps normal bounds.
