Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Visitation if NCP has warrents for arrest
My husband is the custodial parent for his daughter. She is scheduled to visit her mother for the summer but the mother several warrants for her arrest already issued. She is not giving anyone her current address but the child knows where she lives. What does the law state about visitation if the parent has warrants? We do not have the address only the mother's parents address, which is where the mother states that she lives. Do we just wait and do nothing until she gets arrested?

Re: Visitation if NCP has warrents for arrest
Befre I would send her out to visit, I would check with the judge/your attorney about getting back before the judge with your concerns. Makes no sense to send the child out to visit if the NCP will be in jail for any time. The purpose is to visit but you are going to visit much if the zncp id i the jsil
Bestwishes to all.
