visitation

am i required by law to let my daughters father have visitation if he hasn't been adjudicated as the biological father...and can i wait until our case is settle with the custody and visitation with the courts.

You are not required by law to give him visitation, but it sure won't help your case for custody if you deny him visitation. By denying him visitation, you'll only demonstrate that you don't have the ability to co-parent.
