Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

visitation rights

my fiance has 3 half brothers ages 2-7 , her father is incarcerated, but still retains visitation rights. the mother refuses to let her see her brothers. does she have any legal right to visitation or is there a way to try and get visitation rights established? any help is greatly appreciated, thank you very much.....Sincerely

You indiacte this as a Florida and/or Indiana case but your rendition does not give the facts concerning this issue. I cannot tell you anything about Florida law. I know of no right of a siblingto enforce visitation of step-brothers or sisters. However there are provisions in Indiana law for a grandparent to obtain a court order for visitation. If they are willing to exercise this right you would be able to visit during their visitation times. However, this would depend upon a court in Indiana having jurisdiction over the mother in order to obtain such an order.
