Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Visitation Rights need help

I was giving my son's mother $600 mo. cash but I decided after 4 months being separated to give her this amount in checks or her to write me a letter that I gave her that amount every month but she didn't want to, So I told her to do it by the court, and I would pay what the court says.

My question is, what happens after she calls the child support agency, Also I want to know what I will have to do so the court can grant me permission to see my son certain days of the week or does this happen the same day the court says how much I have to pay?
