Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If i have a visitation schedule that says i get my son 3weeks of the summer, does it have to have an okay for the state for him to visit me, since i moved out of state. also my son is suppose to be living with his father and currently living with his grandfather, shouldn't i have been notified about this?

If you agreement gives you three weeks of summer visitation you can make the necessary arrangements for this to occur. If you moved you should have notified the court about the change of address. Also if your son is living with his grandparents you should notify the court so that this issue can be addressed.
