Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

visitation

If Im supposed to visit with my son, and I cant because, I dont no where the mother lives, and I dont have the mothers phone number, but I have a court order saying that she is supposed to have telephonic, and electronic communications with me, and she doesnt, can that be considered kidnapping?
