Vistation rights

I recently got a divorce, I agreed to be flexible with visitation times since my ex-husband does not have full weekends off. My ex just moved in with his new girlfriend which he met just 3 months ago and has decided to take our daughter to spend full weekends at his place. Does he have the right to leave her there with his girlfriend while he is at work?

I doubt a court would approve this arrangement.
