voluntary change of custody

I have shared custody of my 15 year old son and he lives with me. He has stated that he wants to live with his mother and I have been having problems with him due to this. I am willing to let him go and live with his mother. She does not pay child support and I do not want to pay her child support. Is it possible to draw up a paper between us with our wishes such as the child support, etc without going to court?
