I masturbate into a condom on a regular basis & dispose of the used condom in my garbage can. A female friend of mine, who knows of my habit, took one of the used condoms from my garbage can when I wasn't in the room and used it to get pregnant. I did not have sex with this woman nor do I want children. She knows that I don't want kids and has admitted to knowing this in IMs I still have saved to my computer. She has 2 other children with her live in boyfriend so there's a 50% chance that either he or I am the father of this child. I just found out the baby's been born & DNA testing is scheduled.

My question: If DNA proves the child is mine can I sign away my rights parental rights without her consent since she got pregnant without my consent? I don't want the child. I didn't have a say in the child's conception. What are my rights under Florida law?
