Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am waiting on the Judges temporary orders/documents allowing my ex to see the kids for daytime visits, the orders were supervised but he changed them and I'm extremely against this as it has no protection for the kids anymore. I feel he forgot just how dangerous she is and unpredictable/out them in harms ways an open for abusers, how do I appeal this temporary decision, and can I include all the sheriff's office reports in the two weeks after she was baker acted between her and her boyfriend? Email I sent her evem saying I'd pay for the family center, and how it was wrong she lied to the Judge saying she couldn't afford it then went to a baseball game in their corvette two days after court to see her boyfriends daughter play in her game even though he isn't allowed around her either as well as my own kids. She made only one attempt at calling during the hurricane Matthew to see the kids days after my email, what can I do ti protect the kids? Individual supervision would be fine with me to watch the kids are alright at her grandpa's house as it was decided in court but I want it supervised to ensure the kids are alright amd not taken anywhere or any place near this sick man! please help!?

Wait for the order to be entered then you have 30 days to appeal. Use a lawyer.

Where was your attorney when all this went on. I suggest you file a rehearing immediately. Get an attorney. you are playing with fire when it comes to pro se matters involving children. At the rehearing you can pre sent the evidence you should have had at the time of the hearing.
