Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I dont know if you can help me or not, but I just wanted to know what I may or may not do in a circumstance coming up. My husband and I were married for 11 years and last April, I for the 2nd time caught him cheating, we separated within our home and a week later he moved out into an apartment on his own, he then started talking to his ex-wife, who has many problems within there home. She has 6 children, 5 different fathers. The oldest was cutting herself, the daughter that they both share together was sexually molested by one of the mothers boyfriends. She has the oldest 3 on depression medication. My problem is that my husband last August moved there to live with her in Minnesota. Now he has bought plane tickets for our children, ages 2 and 11 to go there for a week to visit( March 25- April 2). He plans to fly down, pick up the kids, take them back to Minnesota and then fly them back down here. However everyone who knows of our situation thinks this is a very bad idea. I received a call from a mediator that he contacted to help with our divorce. When she spoke to me, she told me that if I did not let him take the kids, that he could take me to court and probably could win custody of my children. We are not divorced yet and I dont want to loose my children. Everyone asks, why cant he just visit them here, instead of taking them back to Minnesota. What can I do legally? Any suggestions?

Go to court for custody and then work out visitation. If you let then go you may never see them again.
