Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If I wanted full parental rights of my brother with down syndrome from my mom, is there a way she can voluntarily do that, or would i have to consult an attorney and take legal approach? Or are there other options, like temporary custody, while she focuses on putting her life back together

YOu would need to get a guardianship over him with her consent. YOU will need an attorney to do so.
