i am 17 years old.i now live with my sister in missouri.i did live in florida with my mom.for because of family issues i was forced to move to missouri by my mother.i am dating some one who is 21 years old.he lives here in missouri also.now my mom did not sign over any type of guardianship to my sister when i left.now i am 17 and i want to move in with my boyfriend, which in missouri the legal age you can move out is 17.but in florida you have to be 18.my mom refuses to let my sister let me move out.i am confused on which state laws i have to fallow and also i have lived here for 11 almost 12 months.that should make me a missouri resident shouldn't? i am confused and want to get out of my sisters house what can i do.and does my mom still have control over me? please help me i have tried looking every where else for some awnsers. thank you
