Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

me and my wife going thru a bad divorce she took my daughter 2 1/2 to another city 4 and half hrs driving she did it by filing a false domestic violence claim can she move that far? can the judge ask her to move back to the county or have her bring my daughter back.

i have proof of all the false accusations

When a divorce is pending or concluded, a child may not be permanently moved more than 50 miles from the child's current residence absent court permission or permission of the noncustodial parent. You need to get a lawyer and file a motion for return of child. You are entitled to an expedited hearing under a new Florida law.
