Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife have benn married for a year and a half, she is leaving me and is moving her things out this Friday. I would like to know two things, what is she allowed to take out of this house that we rent with no papers being served to either one of us and also when she leaves I would like to change the locks so she cannot enter when ever shes wants after she moves out. She is on the lease as well as I but would this be a civil matter she would need to have an attorney to get a key to the apartment and not a police matter.\n\nThank You

She can take what she wants and you can lock her out of you want, but it would look a lot better in divorce court if the two of you could be civil. If you look her out, the police will allow her back in to get her cloths and other basic needs. She can also legally break in or even change the locks again herself.
