Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife & I bought a house using her money,i spent all my money doing remolding with me doing all the work,we had a big fight wants me to leave,i signed papers at closing,she will not give me a copy of them, so i know where i stand ,nor will she pay off my credit card bill as we agreed upon from buying materials for house i know the house value has increased from all the work i did,also she has been supporting me for a year because of no work when i leave does she have to support me,i do not know how to proceed

Get a lawyer, file for divorce and split the equity of the home. She only has to support you if you can prove the need for alimony under the Florida statutes.
