wife cheating,wants divorce
My wife of 20 years is cheating wants divorce and says I can keep the house our two grown kids 20 and 18 live with me in home. How do I get her name off morgage if she signs quit claim deed?

Even if the wife signs a quit claim deed, you cannot remove her name or get it removed from your mortgage unless and until you either pay the mortgage off or refinance it. The lender is the only party who has to right to remove a party's name and they simply will not do it.
