Help with wife and children

My wife and I are going to be seperated. She moved two hours away and is not allowing me to see our children. She is also saying a lot of terrible things about me to a good friend of mine and other people we know too. The friend of mine even has some of the things on voicemail and text. He has not erased them because he says I might be able to use what she is saying about me later. Can what she is saying about me actually hurt her case against me? Can I use the things he has to help me?Please help me with this question. Thank you so much.
