can my wife claim any of my S.S. and Fl state retirement in a divoice ? I only make about $1300.00 a month with both total.she makes about $2500.00 month working.

Yes. Your wife is entitled to an equitable distribution of any and all marital assests. Your Social Security and retirement funds need to be listed on your financial affidavit if you proceed with the divorce. It will be up to the judge to equitably distribute the assets of the marriage, determine alimony, etc. You can always ask her to pay you alimony since she has more income than you.
