Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my ex wife has custody of our kids and they been living in florida with me and my family since april 2012 she just got herea month ago she was living in alaska and got married so the judge gave her the kids i have visitation and pay alot of child support. My question is since my kids and i are legal residents of florida can she take my kids and leave the state with out my permission?

Since the kids have lived in Florida for over six months, they are probably now under Florida law. (Kids have to live in a state for six months before the new state's laws apply.) Florida law prohibits a parent from permamnently moving children out of state without a court order or the other parent's permission.
