Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex wife and I got divorced on 2007 while I was living in Florida, her only request was to get her maiden name back. After all was said and done I left her the car which was under my name. As of today she has not transfer the title to her name and she and her new husband accumulated $2,760.00 in unpaid toll tickets. Which I had to pay because my license was suspended due to the tickets. She told me that she could not pay for the tickets at the time, but she would repay me. It has been two years and she has not made an effort to repay. What are my car options to recover the money and get the car transferred to her name.
