Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife and I are divorcing and we live in a 50-50 state (FL). I have a pension and so does she. She earns more money than I do. Is she entitled to any of my pension? Everything else will be split evenly.

Florida is not a 50/50 state. It is an equitable distribution state. Pensions are a part of the calculus.

Legally, she would be entitled to half of your pension that was accumulated during the time of the marriage.
