Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Wife on drugs and left us for affair she is having,can my wife force my 14 year

Wife has abandoned my daughter for adultress affair .She told us both that we were selfish since we were not agreeing with this and that she was going to force my daughter to come live with her by using the courts .my daughter is 14 years old and totally refuses to have anything more to do with her other than phone calls when her mother feels like calling maybe once or twice a week and when she comes around she is hostile toward her and claims she is going to force her to live with her by using the courts.My wife is on drugs and has a past of incest and Prostitution .Can she make good her threat if my daughter refuses to give her her way? please advise

If your wife fights for custody, her actions speak for themself and it would be unlikely that she would get custody. In addition, your daughter is at an age whereby you could request that she be permitted to testify and speak for herself.
