Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife and I are dual citizens of U.S.and Canada. We are separated (not legally.) She lives in Canada and I live in U.S. In which country is it better for me to file for divorce?

You would need to addres that issue to an attorney in Canada and one if the State you now reside in.
