Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My wife is due for a chld support modification in the state of Florida. Her ex is now the owner of a bar and says he has books to show he makes no money. His mortgage and other regular living expenses are over 50% more than he used to make when his support was figured up. Can other records be ordered like credit apps where he has made legal claims of income which would condradict his books ( we all know that cash business owners keep bogus books) . I am aware of a credit deal to get his Liqour license .

Sure. You can subpoena all kinds of records to prove income.
