Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my wife fabricated a story the i was trying to stop her by the door from going outside to go to her family ..she went to her family and called the police ..they came and arrested me for one night ..they made it false imprisonment 3rd degree ..then she went to ask for an injunction and made summons papers ..the state dropped the false imprisonment one after 70 days from the day i was arrested ..if i ask for mediation trying to fix things even with what she did ..only for my son how it works ..or just wait and sue her and what are my chances after dropping the case in custody ..the day i was arrested she went to the bank and cleared out all my money ..the judge forced her to get most of them back ..she even said at the affidavit different than what she said atthe injunction ...so i can proovethat she was lying ..so what advice you give to me ..all what i need is the best for my son thats it not the revenge

If you're asking your odds of getting custody, I can't tell you. It's very doubtful that the judge will consider the facts of the alleged false imprisonment or the injunction. That's because it was all dropped. If you can prove that she lied at a hearing, the judge will probably consider it, but you'll have to know the proper way to handle it in court. Other than that, I don't know enough about your case to know how a judge will rule on timeshare.
