Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife has filed for divorce in Florida and my lawyer is asking me to put together a list of witnesses I want to testify during the hearing. With Florida being a "no-fault" divorce state, why woulkd I need a list of witnesses? What would she likely be intending to prove? Note: We have two children which I've agreed to allow her to be primary custodian to.

You don't need witnesses for the divorce part. Divorce is automatic. You may need witnesses for visitation ("timeshare"), property and debt distribution, alimony, and other issues in your divorce case.
