I have a ex wife that has a new guy stay with her and my 10 year old son does not like that he is there and would like to stay with me more because he is there we have a 50/50 right now and would like to change it to 70/30

If there is a court order, you can always go back to the judge and seek modification as being in the best interests of the child.
