me and my ex wife own a home together i have run into finacial problems and may not be able to stay where i am living am i able to move back into my home thanks.

If this is your ex wife then I have to assume that at the time of divorce you quit claimed your property to your ex wife. If so, then NO. If you agreed for her to live in the property until the children graduate and then sale the property for distribution of equity or whatever that part of the agreement was, then NO.
