Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My wife is trying to kick me out of the House.. if I leave now will that count against me in the divorce???

She can not force you to leave the house. If you can show the court that you did not feel comfortable living in the house with your soon-to-be ex, it will not necessarily count against you.
