Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

can my ex wife keep my kids from my new wife, she is trying in court by making false statements that my new wife is an alchoholic/ drives drunk regularly has a violent past etc. she is also telling my kids these things to try to scare them out of fostering a relationship with my new wife. we have shared custody alternating weeks, kids are 7,9,and 10.

my current wife does like to have wine with dinner but has never even been accused of dui.never been arrested, does have 2 speeding tickets.works in a school with kids.He has sent his accusations by mail to her job, our friends etc

Try adding a lawsuit for defamation to the mix. That will shut her up.
