Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife has three kids from another marriage, I am in the military and have to move out of state. The father of the kids dont want the kids to leave the state. What do can I do?

I love all the answers that you have gotten. First of all, true she should be doing the inquirying. She will need an Order to Relocate . If it is mandated by your military to move to and/or relocate to another area, then she can use that information to allow the court to relocate her and the children.
