Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

wife leaving the state with son.

My wife whom i've been seperated from(not legally)left the state with my son to visit family and save some money over the summer so she could come back for a fresh start on her own,we both have had custody of our son at different periods over the last 2 years,she now states that she is not coming back nor is my son,can she legally do this to me.

No she cannot, but you should see a local family lawyer as soon as possible. You may also consider notifying the police.
