Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife left me while I was in Iraq and moved in with her boyfriend taking the kids. Do I have to leave my soon to be exwife a running vehicle if its in my name? If so does she have to make the payments on it?

When you file for divorce, the court will make those decisions.
