Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife left me after being married one year and 7 months. When she left I was unemployed and have been until this past Wednesday. In total I was out of work for 10 months, I have no car or assets and we were renting. I am filing for divorce and would like to know if she will be able to get alimony from me after such a short peroiod of time. She has a son who I am not a guardian.

No. After such a short marriage it would be extremely unusual for the court to award alimony.
