Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife and I live in Idaho. When her grandfather dies she will be one of several benificiaries of a family trust. The family trust has been set up in the state of florida.

After he dies and I seek a divorce will I have any claim to a portion of her proceeds from the family trust?

Not unless your a named beneficiary.

No, not unless you are a beneficiary in the trust. Inheritances, as long as they are not comingled belong to the party who received it.
