Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife, who lives abroad, and I are filing for an uncontested divorce. We have signed all the necessary documents but we did not have a notary or deputy clerk sign them. My wife does not have access to a notary or deputy clerk in her country. Is it necessary to have divorce papers signed by a notary or deputy clerk? Will the judge accept the documents as is or reject them because they were not signed by a legal 3rd party? I am in Florida.

You must have a notary or deputy clerk sign. Since she is in a foreign country, you might find out who is suppose to witness such papers in that country as it may be that she will have to appear before a court there and have a magistrate or counsellor or court.
