Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex wife is living in our marital home. It was in foreclosure and we left it out of our simple divorce. No kids. Since the divorce the bank offered money to short sale. She continues to live there. How can I get her out do we can both get someone's from it. She is on theory gage and I am on the title! Please advise. Thank you.

Bring partition action to compel a sale.

You have to file a petition for partition of the property.
